Hosting of overall event, chairing of panel and recording of podcast
How should cultural education be designed in cultural institutions and schools so as to better promote cultural participation and educational equity? What conditions are needed to ensure that such cultural education can actually be accessed?
These and other questions were addressed at an event jointly staged by the Rat für Kulturelle Bildung (Council for Cultural Education) with the Staatliche Museen zu Berlin (Berlin State Museums) and the affiliated Haus Bastian. Prasanna Oommen was the host of the event “Cultural Education and Schools – Potential for Educational Equity” and also presented the resulting podcast in October 2020.
