At the beginning of 2021, the office of Prasanna Oommen was commissioned by the Department for Interculturality and Town Twinning of the city Monheim am Rhein<\/a> to update the municipal integration concept. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The concept development was intended to drive a paradigm shift in the field of integration and diversity and took place within the framework of a participatory process with the members of the Monheim Integration Council. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

In November 2021, the draft was presented to the public at the city's Inclusion Day. Here, stakeholders and interested parties were able to gather information and make further suggestions. The final concept will be presented to the council as a draft resolution at the beginning of 2022.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Anfang des Jahres 2021 wurde das B\u00fcro Prasanna Oommen von der Abteilung f\u00fcr Interkulturalit\u00e4t und St\u00e4dtepartnerschaften der Stadt Monheim am Rhein mit der Fortschreibung des
