Cultural workers, artists and those who aspire to become one need courage. Courage to face the necessary changes of our time and to shape the culture of tomorrow: A culture that represents the interests and needs of our entire society. In order to promote this process, the Kölner Institut für "Kulturarbeit und Weiterbildung" (KIK) dedicated itself to the topic of Diverse Audience Development at the KulturMut Convention 2022 .
As part of the convention, Prasanna Oommen gave an expert talk on „interculture" on 15 June 2022, the content of which was subsequently explored in greater depth by the participants in a participatory design thinking workshop.
