Under the motto "We make the future - now!", the 17th German Child and Youth Welfare Day took place for the first time in a hybrid-digital format from May 18-20, 2021.
Together with co-host Hamzi Ismail, Prasanna Oommen moderated 3 days of the supporting program, the opening event, the opening of the digital trade fair and the cultural event in the broadcast studios of Messe Essen.
