On the Masala-Podcast, winner of the British Podcast Awards 2020, 2021 & 2022, Sangeeta Pillai (@soulsutras) talks about feminist issues with alternating guests: Sexuality, body shaming, periods, menopause, mental health, shame and other taboo topics.
On 25 June 2022, the first live episode of the podcast was recorded in Cologne. As part of the INDERNET Festival, Prasanna Oommen participated in the podcast as a guest alongside Laxmi Manuela and Anu Ambasna. Together they shared their experiences as (European) Bad Betis (daughters) and talked about what it means to them to be South Asian feminists.
