Further training for the 360° programme

The German Federal Cultural Foundation offers a variety of further training courses for those institutions taking part in its 360° programme. One of these focuses on the topic of public relations in the context of diversity and change processes. As an expert at the Bundesakademie (Federal Academy for Cultural Education) in Wolfenbüttel, Prasanna Oommen is hosting a workshop that provides participants with methods and tools by which to communicate with their target groups and select their topics in a way that embraces diversity and reflects the needs of their cultural institution.

A central element of this further training involves joining the communication officers and agents in reflecting on their existing communication strategies and reviewing the extent to which they deploy their competencies and team resources in a targeted manner.

Prasanna is supported by her team in this role. At the face-to-face further training event that was held in September 2020, she was accompanied by Philine Lissner, who co-hosted the workshop and took the minutes. Some of the resulting charts can be seen here.
