In addition to greetings from Lord Mayor Dr. Stephan Keller and Kerstin Griese (Parliamentary State Secretary at the Federal Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs), Carina Gödecke, Vice President of the North Rhine-Westphalia State Parliament, gave the guest speech.
