The “Workbook” is the final publication of the Zukunftsakademie Nordrhein-Westfalen – or ZAK NRW for short – and helps to promote greater diversity in the cultural domain. Besides reflecting on the work done by the ZAK NRW, it also contains academic articles, practical examples and action recommendations, as well as expert dossiers on topics such as non-visitor research and support for the younger generation. Together with the then Director Inez Bogaarts, Philine Lissner was responsible for overall editing, contributed a number of texts herself, and took care of publication management.
